Our Story

Built from the ground up on craftsmanship and commitment

Roots in Precision

Precision Manufacturing was founded in Fort Worth with a clear mission: give aerospace, oil & gas, and industrial OEMs a contract manufacturer they could rely on for precision work without the overhead of a Tier 1 supplier. From day one, we invested in high-quality CNC equipment, skilled machinists, and a quality system that could stand up to regulated industry audits.

Over three decades, we grew our capabilities organically — adding multi-axis machining, sheet metal fabrication, assembly services, and electroless plating as our customers demanded more from a single trusted source.

Where We Are Today

Today, Precision Manufacturing operates a fully equipped precision manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Our shop runs CNC turning centers capable of up to 24" diameter, multi-axis mill-turn equipment for complex geometries, and vertical machining centers for prismatic work.

We serve customers across the Southwest and nationally, with a particular strength in the Aerospace & Defense corridor that runs through the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex — home to Bell Helicopter, Lockheed Martin, L3 Technologies, and dozens of Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.

How We Work

The principles that guide every part we make

Precision First

We hold tolerances to ±0.001″ standard and routinely achieve ±0.0005″ or tighter on critical features. There is no such thing as "close enough" in aerospace or medical manufacturing.

Documentation You Can Trust

Full material traceability, First Article Inspection reports, certificates of conformance, and full lot documentation are standard — not an add-on. Every part ships with the paperwork to prove it.

Partnership, Not Transactions

We invest in understanding your application — not just your drawing. DFM feedback, lead time planning, and engineering support are part of every relationship.

On-Time Delivery

Aerospace supply chains run on tight schedules. We build realistic production plans, communicate proactively, and deliver when we say we will — because your assembly line depends on it.

Continuous Improvement

Our ISO 9001 quality system is a living framework for improvement — not a binder on a shelf. Regular internal audits, corrective action processes, and training keep us getting better.

Regulatory Awareness

We understand the regulatory environments our customers operate in — AS9100, FDA QSR, ITAR, DFARS — and we design our processes to make compliance straightforward.

What We Make

Full-service precision manufacturing under one roof

CNC Machining

Multi-axis milling, turning, and mill-turn operations for complex geometries. Turning up to 24" diameter; mill-turn up to 18" × 60".
